At Belliora, our goal is to provide a delightful and hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our policies below carefully.

Return Policy

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items are delivered, used, or opened.

We allow returns or exchanges only in these cases:

  • Product arrives damaged or broken

  • Leakage occurs during transit

  • Items are missing from your order

  • Wrong product is delivered


Important:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of order receipt to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • All return requests undergo thorough verification before approval and  a proper package unboxing video is mandatory in order to receive a claim. 


Please Note:

  • Our fragrances are made with active natural extracts and ingredients.

  • Damages from misuse, negligence, or improper application are not covered.

  • Skin sensitivity reactions are not grounds for returns or refunds. We advise a patch test before full use, as noted on our product labels.


Refund Policy

Belliora is not liable for damage occurring after delivery is completed.

For refunds due to:

  • Leakage or breakage

  • Missing or incorrect product

A mandatory unboxing video is required, showing:

  • The original packaging

  • The specific issue (e.g., damage or incorrect item)


Additional Guidelines:

  • If the package is tampered or visibly damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

  • If an order is marked delivered but not received, report within 3 days. Claims after this period are ineligible for refunds.

  • Shipping fees are non-refunded.


Refund Timelines

  • Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed to your bank account within 4–7 business days after verification.

  • Approved refunds will be completed within 15 business days from approval.

  • Transaction details and screenshots will be shared once the refund is initiated.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. No cancellations are allowed once the order is shipped.

For prepaid orders returned due to refusal or unavailability, refunds are processed only after we receive the package in its original condition.
