1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • You will receive a notification via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at an additional cost).

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹3000.

  • Standard shipping charges apply for orders below ₹3000 (calculated at checkout).

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

Delivery Timings:

  • Orders are delivered between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

  • Deliveries generally require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable, please ensure a family member, colleague, or neighbor is available to accept and sign for the package.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

  • You can track your order status at every stage until it reaches you.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video or clear images.

  • If your package is lost or not delivered, please email us at support@belliora.com, and our team will resolve the issue promptly.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • Belliora will not be responsible for failed deliveries or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address (provided by the customer) will not be eligible for refunds.

6. Important Notes

  • Belliora is not responsible for deliveries signed for by someone else at the provided address.

  • We are not liable for any damage or loss occurring after delivery is completed.

  • Any claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to our customer support team on the same day of delivery.
